I hate to make fun of what I'm sure was well meaning research, but Reuter's is reporting that a new study has reached this shocking conclusion:
Muscular young men are likely to have more sex partners than their less-chiseled peers, researchers at the University of California Los Angeles said on Monday.
Stop the presses!
The article went on to say:
He and colleagues interviewed 99 male undergraduates about their sexual histories. Muscular men were twice as likely to have had more than three sex partners than less-built types.
Listen, I'm sure there's someone in the world who was surprised by these results but...well, actually, I can't imagine imagine could have been surprised by these results.
The only thing that shocks me about the study is that anyone would base a conclusion about male sexuality on self-reports. Has it never occurred them that college boys may exaggerate their prowess? Maybe muscular boys are just bigger liars.
Naw.
The hotties are getting it more than the notties.
